Experience the Cederberg
We renovated this original Karoo farmhouse because we have loved visiting this spectacular wilderness area for many years, and wanted to be a part of it. We wish to share this joy, and this home is a fantastic base in the Southern Cederberg. You don’t have to explore of course, maybe you just want to sit and read… that’s ok too, we do often.
A Digital De-Tox
Having no cell signal became one of our favourite parts of visiting here. Enjoy the silence, focus only on what’s at hand. The homestead is completely off the grid, but we have set up solar power and water under pressure so that you don’t have to rough it.
Rustic But Comfortable
Sticking to what we felt was special about this place, we didn’t overdo the renovations. So do not expect glitz and glamour, but do expect everything you need to feel at ease and relaxed while you enjoy big fires, unbelievable stars, coffee under an acacia, or wine by the river.
